Placing an Order Online
We have made the process as simple as possible, so please follow these simple Salisa steps:
1) Browse through our website and click on an image to view the product in more detail.
2) When you have decided to purchase the items you want, please add the product to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to cart' button on the same screen.
3) Continue to Checkout to finalise your purchase and to make payment (all orders are processed in pounds sterling).
4) You are required to open a Salisa account before your order can be fully processed – you will need to enter an email address and have your own unique password. We may require other details as we may check your order is secure by calling you back or emailing you / by checking our systems for fraud prevention etc...... Your details are strictly for our own use and will not be passed onto any third party. See our privacy policy for further details.
5) Please note we only deliver to the address where your card statement is registered to. Please email us if you wish to make alternative delivery options; this is to make your purchases more secure.
6) The order process will then take you via our banking systems which are Sage Pay and RBS Streamline for secure payments. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt of your order as soon as the order has been processed, and further email updates when your order has left our premises and we will also email you the courier tracking number etc.......
