Delivery
Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

Your order will either be carried by Royal Mail Special Delivery or via another courier – this depends on your delivery requirements e.g. size and weight of your order etc….  The delivery charge for your order will appear during the shopping cart process.

Deliveries will be dispatched usually within 48 hours of you placing your order and can take upto 3 working days to be delivered.  This excludes weekends – therefore if you place an order on a Thursday – the expected delivery date will be the following Tuesday.  If you have specific/urgent delivery requirements, please contact our team who will do their best to assist and guide you accordingly.  We unfortunately do not deliver on bank holidays.  Orders are best placed before 2.30pm to ensure the quickest delivery time.  These timings are used as a guide only, but Salisa strives to achieve the delivery times to keep all of our customers happy!!

UK Delivery charges start  from £3.95 to £15.00 and are dependant on delivery location, quantity of the order, size / weight, Insurance, tracking and urgency of order.  

All International deliveries must be paid for in advance via bank / wire transfer and once funds have been cleared we can ship your order - please contact us first with your requirements on orders@salisa.co.uk.

We will email you with the appropriate tracking number to the email address you have provided to us so you can track your order.  If there are any issues with delivery, please liaise with the courier first to establish what the issues are, and then contact us so we can assist you accordingly.

A signature will be required on receipt of goods.  If no-one is available or “home” a card will be left advising you of the options of how your order can be collected or re-delivered – please contact the courier direct to arrange this.   Once the order has been signed for, responsibility for your purchase from Salisa passes to you.

We are not currently able to deliver to P.O box, BFPO or freight forwarding addresses.

Once your order leaves our premises, we will not be liable for delays in your order being delivered that may be caused by external influences beyond our control.

All orders will arrive in the designers packaging within Salisa wrapping (providing they are in stock).

At certain times in the year, Salisa runs free shipping promotions. So as to not miss out on this or other exciting promotions, sign up to the Salisa newsletter  and Facebook page.  The shopping cart reflects promotions accordingly.

You must email orders@salisa.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery of goods if they are damaged, are the incorrect product or quantity otherwise we shall have no liability if this process is not strictly adhered to.  Your order must be returned to Salisa within 7 days of the delivery of the goods otherwise we are happy to offer an exchange.

You must email orders@salisa.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery of goods  if they are unsuitable and we can either refund or exchange the.  If you wish us to refund the balance to you, your order must be returned to Salisa within 7 days of the delivery of  the goods otherwise we are happy to offer an exchange.

If your order has not been received within 7 days of the order date you must email orders@salisa.co.uk within 10 days of the order date otherwise we shall have no liability if this process is not strictly adhered to.  You must contact the courier andadvise us of all communication so we can determine how to take the matter forward. Where possible, always have emailed communication with the courier so we can assist you with this issue.

Once we have received the appropriate above email, we will issue you an appropriate returns number to enable you to return / exchange your order.  Orders returned without a returns number will not be accepted and if this then delays your return over the threshold of the timings noted above, we will be happy to issue you with a gift voucher – this is at the discretion of Salisa.

Orders that are not regular stock and are specially ordered (as many of our pieces are hand / custom made) cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstance. 

As all of our products are quality checked when we receive them, and again when we despatch them; we expect all returns to be received at Salisa in the original condition they were sent – i.e. unworn, complete with all tags and packaging.  If Salisa feels that the goods have not been retuned in the way they were sent, we may not accept the return and advise you by email.  Please ensure they are returned with a reputable courier with the appropriate insurance. Please also ensure you retain all appropriate paperwork relating to a return or exchange.  Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.
